You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
pggame is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or higher deposit limits are activated. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by pggame may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.
Only one registered pggame account is permitted per household address, per device, and per shared IP address, unless pggame has expressly granted a written exception. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing a household, device, or IP address, pggame reserves the right to limit or close accounts at its sole discretion and may withhold bonuses or promotional benefits associated with those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pggame account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
pggame will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pggame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].
You agree to notify pggame immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pggame shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or not, remain your responsibility until you have notified pggame of any unauthorized access and pggame has confirmed receipt of such notification.
pggame accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All transactions on pggame are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. pggame is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time you initiate and the time your deposit is confirmed.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and UnionBank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ are subject to the processing times of the relevant payment partner. pggame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank-side processing times.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your pggame account are lawfully yours and are free from any claims by third parties. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be rejected and returned, and may trigger an enhanced KYC review. pggame reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on pggame is ₱100. This threshold may be adjusted at pggame's discretion and will be communicated through the platform's deposit interface. Players using certain payment methods may be subject to higher minimums set by the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your identity, completion of applicable KYC requirements, and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements associated with bonuses credited to your account.
pggame aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to KYC status and payment method processing times. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect in the recipient wallet within minutes following pggame's processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that matches the name and identity details registered on your pggame account. pggame does not permit third-party withdrawals. pggame reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order. pggame will notify you of any withholding and the reason therefor within a reasonable time, except where notification is prohibited by law.
pggame may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside the respective promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in full in the terms of each individual promotion.

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game, pggame reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pggame is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. pggame reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns as determined by the relevant sporting authority or regulatory body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pggame platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

pggame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if, in pggame's sole and reasonable determination, any of the following circumstances apply:
Upon termination of your account for cause, pggame reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed for reasons not related to breach — for example, at your own request or due to regulatory withdrawal from a market — your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pggame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
pggame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pggame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pggame's liability for death or personal injury caused by pggame's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling is an activity that carries inherent financial risk. pggame does not guarantee any winnings. You agree to participate in gaming activities solely at your own risk and only with funds you can afford to lose. pggame is not responsible for your gambling decisions or their financial consequences.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pggame platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pggame will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority governing pggame's operations in the Philippines. pggame agrees to cooperate fully with any regulatory review or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes where technical evidence is available, pggame will retrieve and review the relevant game logs. The outcome of pggame's internal game log review shall be treated as final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the pggame platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
pggame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pggame will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the platform's homepage or by sending an email to your registered address.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pggame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
